Shocks are made by KYB by the way. Or at least.. that's what I saw written on the 4 spare shocks in the pitbox.

The LFA was withing 20kg of the race car if I recall correctly. Yeah the 86 is stripped out, but it also has a cage, air jack system, telemetry and data acquisition equipment. I'll go out on a limb and get my hopes up that it will actually weigh about 1150kg.

To put it in perspective, it finished on the same lap as the S2000, a few minutes down. That's a damn good performance in my opinion. Have you seen the particular Type R? Looks like it belongs to a seasoned race team. This isn't a few hot laps at a normal track, this is endurance racing @ the nurburgring.
