Instant/snappy throttle response, which you find in N/A and some SC applications. I also like to rev, so 8K or 9K redlines interest me when talking about N/A applications. These are subjective, some people don't like the feeling of high revs and some don't care about throttle response. The shittiest part of any turbo kit is an improperly sized turbo that has terrible transient response and a short power band. I'll sacrifice numbers and dollars to get quick response with more power that delivers power like stock. If that's a small turbo kit, some type of SC, or all-motor N/A remains to be seen.
