Would you rather have a broken AC in 100 degree weather, or a broken heater in 0 degree weather?
If you grew up in texas, its really not a big deal. i used to play soccer, ride my bike all day in 100+ degree weather, and dont even get me started about san antonio. Wheres the AC there? But it is something you have to adapt to. Hell when Im in my car I deliberately turn off the AC and roll down the windows JUST TO sweat. Love the hot weather. And most in texas that live here with out A/C are wellll misinformed. The locals know better.
