Spoke to my dealer about the DRL's today as well and they also told me it couldn't be done. My VIN is high enough plus I have had the ECU replaced due to the CEL/Misfire issue. So I printed the TSB and will be taking it with me next time I visit them.
I want Horn for door locks and I want DRL's turned off. I may also ask for the Headlight delay thing.
