Should be fine since it wasn't your fault. You may have to pay your deductible at first and then you should be able to get that back from the guy that caused the accident.

Your rates shouldn't go up either as long as it wasn't your fault and your insurance company doesn't pay out or is reimbursed from the at fault driver.

Sorry to hear about the car. Maybe you can get lucky and get a hold of a BRZ. They seem to be less attracted to collisions.
