Nice Blaine. I have another suggestion (that FRSChick had already done basically)

Each individual meet should just create a topic in the NorCal Social group. This thread is going to get confusing fast with the different meets. That way the thread there can get the OP updated with new meeting dates and times instead of fishing through 20 pages or whatever to figure out what meet is what.
