Nope. That's power to the ground as the car sits when it makes the pass. I don't care what you say about your drag racing experience. Your math is fox news weak. You should be able to take a car, make 10 passes, take the average trap speed and plug it into that equation and get a number. That number should match what the car will put up on a properly calibrated dyno with a 1:1 gear ratio. I'm not making this shit up. It's just math.
