We needed to ”spec” ours too..
7075 forged alloy open top
19mmhex thats 40 mm long and HARD anodized with 30mm thread area
(we gun these on and off all the time)
Rolled in threads (no cut in stress risers)
Any color you want as long as it is hard anodized black:-)
