Wow...your history sounds identical to mine. ECU/cam issue on day 2 with 220 miles and now this. Sorry to hear you have to go through this too.

I've read the lemon law over and over for CA as well as spoken to lawyers. It definitely applies in my case. Plus, its now been in the shop for 36 days for this issue alone. It was 28 days last time totaling 64 days it's been inoperable since owning it.

This is exactly why I contacted the dealership and asked for a new car. I'm supposed to hear back from the managers this afternoon. I'll keep you all updated.
