Ah interesting, I did not know that. It felt like the throttle wasn't sensitive enough, like I was pressing down significantly more on the gas to get the RPMs up and I was having trouble shifting. After 4,000 miles with the car I had the muscle memory to do smooth shifts, when I picked up the car it was just not the same, even after it warmed up.
