Maybe it's your inhouse weld thats the issue? Or maybe you used a cheap flex joint? idk but at least you offer a warranty!
edit. P.s mine was worse and actually had a hole in the rusted flex. |
OK I see, the exhaust in that link is really old, at least 6+ years! Since then we've upgraded the flex to stainless so that would not happen on our current exhausts.
