The stoptech kit is the more "street friendly" option with dustboots and street pads included. However for a more track oriented car the Essex AP racing kits will save you a little money while being a serious kit for a track car. Still streetable for sure, just a little more maintenance.

This is assuming you're talking about the Essex ap race kits. I don't know much about the ap street kits.

Stoptech always makes a great kit, so you really can't go wrong here. Pad selection is great with both. It just for your needs...street friendliness might not be worth the slightly extra cost. And weight. Up to you.

Also, I wouldn't worry about a rear kit.
