The Cobalt SS had forged wheels and 4 pot brembos on 12.4" rotors up front and 11.5" rotors in back (with single pistons only in back). It was $20k new and faster than the ISF at VIR with C&D drivers.
Sound deadening can be removed easily enough, especially when a car is new so having to remove it if I wanted to doesn't concern me.
