Yeah it could pass the inspection if the technician is a bit careless but the car would be illegal nonetheless... And if you get caught in an accident where insurance experts are involved,
they will see it and void your insurance because the car does not comply to its official specs. If people got hurt, you'll pay for it your whole life, just sayin...
