I would not trust dealer ship to assembly the short block and the heads. Possibly the cause of the engine failure was from sloppy cam job from your car first repair. In general dealer ship can do misc. part replacements. Engine or trans building is not what they can do well.
I would file for lemon law or at least demand a factory assembly long block and extended warranty.
