If I remember correctly you need to re-read the lemon law.
It is over 30 days repair for the SAME issue.
Had to go through this a few years back.
So until you hit 31 days on the wait for the engine block, it is a no go.
Also, you will be forced to go to arbitration in which they may or may not grant you the lemon law.
Most likely not unless it is major issue.
Once you hit 31 days you can ask for a new car or else file for lemon law then wait for the arbitrator.
