Silicone spray

I have used some silicone spray lubricant to prevent the window from sticking to the rubber trim around the frame. I sprayed some on a shop towel and ran it over the trim. There is no longer any sticking.

As for the bottom of the window at the door I'm wrestling with a squeaking issue right now. Any tips? Looks like something is misaligned since I get some strip streaks on the window. I guess I could also try silicone spray lubricant there too - just don't want it all over my glass as I roll the window up.

I also agree with the excess moisture. Almost like our doors have some kind of internal sponge soaking up all that water.
