Additionally, 4 month wait seems unlikely unless the dealer had a cancellation or couldn't find anyone in their existing queue who wanted that car as the Toyota website itself states:

86 GTS


Please note that the waiting period may exceed 8 months depending on the time of order and choice of transmission and colour. Contact your Toyota dealer for further information

Though that may not have been the case when you placed your order.
Is there anything TMCA can tell you that your dealer can't?

Tracking hasn't moved at all, but my guess is they know as much as I do.
