Its not the pads ur worried about, its the rotor itself. Its hot. So when u apply the e brake it squeezes on it & as it cools down it shrinks thousands of an inch (i knoe cuz im a machinist). & if the pads r pressing out as it compresses, then it gets.warped where the pads were...
But anyways...
