If that were the case you could sue someone one who put on a k&n air filter on and caused the motor to have way more power than the driver could have controlled. Yes that is a rediculous example but you get my point.
Andy, sorry for your loss. But not meaning to sound like a **** can you please explain what went wrong on said car. A streched tire unbeaded? Driver unable to compinsate for wider tires or excessive offset while cornering? I'm just curious, if its just bringing up bad memories than just forget I asked.
