And what about you, your partner, kids, parents or friends that are in the car hit by them when they crash due to having wheels that f**k up the cars ability to stop/turn?
Have you lost someone to an accident like this?
I had a friend who died because they were hit by someone who had done some stupid offset for looks and it screwed up the car!
