And to those that have said decency is making a come back, part of what's doing so are discussions like this, on the internet. Companies are catching on that their net presence is just as important as their store front. The flip side of this is all the petty defamation lawsuits that are now popping up, and that could be a good reason for Sho and lostTheBeat not to disclose the name of this dealership for the time being. Though they do have proof to back what they say, given recording laws who knows if that would even be considered in the context of such a thing...lawyers are damn well crazy (well, some).
Anyway, all of this is OT. My apologies.
I do hope that eventually you guys get some closure and compensation; while the car may not have been damaged immediately, I imagine it being revved and dogged while still cold most likely didn't do it any good. Not to mention, Sho didn't get to pop her cherry.
