Just curious, what kind of compensation are you looking for?
Extended warranty from Scion or actual monetary compensation?
Given that the kitten is out from the box, and the compensation is going no where, do you mind at least share the name and the location of the dealership so that other members on the forum can avoid the dealership service as much as possible?
If you're still thinking of compensation, you might want to get the ball back to your court, email/call Scion service representatives and tell them what you want instead of what they have to offer. Tell them you are not satisfied with the investigation and believed one or two things they should have done to correct the situation.
If they are not responding, then escalate, in the meanwhile I suggest you not to post too much information here. I am afraid there are Scion corporate lurkers here and that might affect your case.
