Yup arrived on the 3rd, had $500 down in Marin with the condition of no options was told I was #1 for the black one that would meet my specs. Got the call it was coming in on the 12th, and they wanted $26,500, immediately asked for my deposit back, either going out of state or none at all.
Good luck, I don't think they have a buyer for the black one.
