Ok. I have some photos of the clips setup.

The first picture is of the clip attached to the pillar. The second is the picture of the clip separated. As you can see, when the airbag goes off, the pillar itself doesn't fully detach from the car. (FYI: The part of the clip that attaches to the vehicle is a real pain to get off.) It will only push out the length of this green clip. I hope that will alleviate any anxiety you guys have of our pillars. (Again, we mold our pods into factory pillars so, all airbag functions are retained. We just received 10 pillar sets in from Scion, so we will begin production soon.)
