Hi mate, actually no, us dealers do not. Year model is determined by Build date. All valuations as per my esteemed colleague Monty said are done on Build date. Compliance is commonly known amongst dealers as the year in which the vehicle came into the country (in the case of imported vehicles). In the case of locally manufactured vehicles i.e. Aurion, Camry, the build and compliance dates are usually the same.
