I didn't have a tune at the time of service, but I spoke with the tech that performed the service. Obviously, he recommended that tuning would not be good with this update, as he's not sure what will happen. He did say one time they flashed an update to a tuned STI (unknowing that there was a tune), which fried the ECU and the owner was SOL.
Supposedly, ECUTek will address this in their next update? @
