as for the crickets, mine does come and go. I used Chevron before and everytime i hear the bugs in the hood.
then i switched to Shell and they went away, unless i push the car beyond 6k rpm or when i heel-toe everytime then they come again. IDK why its like that...maybe it has something to do with the temp of the engine or something. Right now im using VP 93.5 race gas and im getting the same results as Shell gas.
