Not sure how you guys have a Vortech dyno chart and TQ curve you 'trust'
however, no based on the above chart, its not looking right to me, but what do I know..
My cars on their dyno at the moment and even I cant have at the numbers, yet.
Tubes have been revised, pulleys are in the air, I'd bite my lip if I opened my mouth further about the chart posted above's accuracy.
