Every decent business plan has a margin of error, granted given the number of people replying to this post saying they ordered (plus the ones that ordered and didn't reply) will probably outstrip their allocation for mistake. Still, cost of doing business.

Simple problem. Simple solution.
It's Christmas season. I'm not going to make some businessman explain to his kids why there aren't very many presents this year because he messed up on an item on his website. Golden Rule and all that.

It's one thing to mislabel a single item in a store (I got $80 worth of 2 gauge welding wire for $30 that way once) but expecting a business to ship out 20+ free exhausts is a bit ridiculous. That's multiple thousands of dollars lost. Most small businesses can't handle that kind of blow.

I could see them shipping the first couple as a PR stunt.
