I have the condensation issue in both brake lights but only one was showing very obvious signs of it. The service person went to order the one light without issue but said there was only a little bit of condensation in the other; not enough to warrant replacing that brake light too.

When I brought up what I had read about here on the forum, he wasn't willing to look into any service bulletins (I didn't bring along print outs) to justify ordering the other brake light too.

I got a recall for the ECU fix and I intend to bring up the issue with GPS often losing signal (also a TSB but not an official recall). Think I'll have better luck printing out the TSBs?

I'm just curious about your experiences with regard to service departments' respect of TSBs.
I printed out and brought the TSB for my cricket issue and the service person was not very happy at all. One of the managers went as far as to tell me that they couldn't bother to check it out at all except for my complaint. However, I talked to the technician and he was not only impressed but glad that I brought the TSB in because it saved him quite a bit of hassle in looking it up. So...I hate the service department (up front anyway) at my local Toyota dealer (and have hated them for the last 5 years that I own my truck), but have had good luck after talking to the mechanics in the back.

Anyway, I would print it out and bring it in. It really helps validate your complaints and should help you to push them to fix the issue.
