Well it's hard to say, but from previous postings Paul made, IMO it implied that stage 2 wouldnt be very much more hardware wise comapred to stage 1. This really depends on what their goal for stage is, and as of yet, it hasn't been stated what that is.

From what I know, the stage one doesn't push the oem fueling very far, and they might be able to acheive the stage 2 goal with oem fueling.. One of AVO's main focus is to retain reliability for a daily driver, so they're bot tryibg to reach 400RWHP goals like some companies.. I think we might be able to expect more then just an exhaust upgrade for stage 2 though based on Paul not already releasing all the info on stage 2 yet, dont quote me on that though ;P

As far as intake goes to your 4th question you added, I don't think AVO has any plans to make any adaptions to fit aftermarket intakes, simply because they probably feel that the car already has a decent setup, (it retained the stock intake, but the piping allows for more air flow) and IMO if they did add the ability to support an aftermarket intake they would probably make their own for that.. Maybe we'll see that in the stage 2? Who knows, it's still in R&D, but heres what I do know.

AVO's kit will be the best bang for your buck in terms of a turbo set up! I haven't seen a kit with this much R&D, Testing & Tuning on the market yet, certainly not for the price their kit is listed at. Like I stated before, one of their main goals for this kit is a little extra push for daily driver application, which is fair to say;

Daily Driver=Reliability

That's the goal for any DD, reliability.
