Paul himself still can't answer your first question, his response to that would be the same as below considering that was only a day or two ago.
(IMO, from what he has stated, the stage 2 is definitely going to be an upgrade to a full turbo back exhaust, and depending in their WHP goals for stg. 2 it will depend on a few things wether its simply an exhaust upgrade and more psi and a corresponding tune, from what I understand they want to try and push the stock injectors to their limit (safe limit ofcourse) and if they can do that and get a WHP goal they like for stage 2, hardware will probably simply consist of an exhaust upgrade, maybe more, this is simply my opinion..)
As for as I know, nearly ANY company's stage upgrades are purposely designed to be able to upgrade from stage 1 to stage 2 ect, most of the time its cheaper to get stage 2 from the start as opposed to stage 1 and then upgrade to stage 2..
As far as ETA goes, I believe it's in March for their 2nd batch and that their second batch will be quite larger then the first because they weren't expecting nearly as much demand..

As mentioned previously Japan is testing the limits of the OEM fueling system. Then we'll have to decide if we stay within those limits or upgrade the fueling system.
