I found my problem was I was to tense in anticipation of it grinding and I was making the problem worse. I found that using 2 fingers and letting it do most of the work is very smooth. The first couple shifts are you need to be careful though.
On a seprate note. Is it just me or does the Flywheel/clutch make a rediculous amount of noise when your revs are low I.E. rolling a stop sign?
