No updates to this yet. After speaking with corporate, he suggested I do one of the 3 following:

1. Speak to the management of the dealership directly about a replacement FR-S since my contract is through them, not Scion directly.

2. Start and arbitrary process using this website: http://www.ncdsusa.org/. Apparently this information is also located in the paperwork we all received and should be in our owners manual somewhere (I can't look for it because I dont have my car right now).

3. Contact a Lemon Law attorney, which I've already done and I am told that I am a perfect candidate. My worry with this is the amount of time it will take to resolve this way. I'm also concerned that if I'm refunded my money, I get back my down payment and any payments I've made to date, minus about $850 for the mileage I've driven.

What do you guys think is the best option?
