They're trying to outsource surgeons too. They already have technology where you can remotely control a robot to do surgery and now they're trying to work out a way to use optic fiber cables to do long distance surgery, thousands of miles away. But this type of reality is far from now.
Best jobs in medical field that won't be outsourced would be anything that directly deals with patients.

The concept of the Remote surgery is not to outsource. the idea is when there is a rare or complex issue that requires a specialist, instead of flying the specialist in or the patient out, they can work on the patient abroad.
Another thing they can't outsource is fixing the equipment, they can contract it out but they still need to be local.
