Oh lord... My grandfather had a 98 Chevy Dually that I loved. Thing went through hell... I grew up in a small town here in Texas so everyone learned to drive at a pretty young age. My friend didn't have the privilege of doing so... We were both 10-11 years old & she confuses the gas with the brake & ends up running a stop sign, running over the curb that was to the right, and smashing the back left fender into a stone building. This was in front of the sheriff's office. Thankfully, no one saw it and the fender just had a bit of fiberglass showing. (;

My huge mess up is pretty dang embarrassing. About 2 1/2 years ago I was taking the truck onto a dirt road that was close to town or whatever. This dirt road had one of those wicked bends that you can't help but drift out the truck in. It's really sharp and there was loose gravel (dirt) on it so I never pushed it too hard. Except one time I decided to listen to my idiot cousin. He told me to push the gas and turn the wheel a little sharper, it'll give it more drift. Nope. I did exactly that and as soon as I hit that bend, my truck spun it's bed out the opposite direction of the bend, forcing me to plow into the barbed wire fence. I was trying to slam on the brakes as soon as I saw what the truck was doing but it caused the brakes to lock up. There wasn't anything I can do so I just gripped the wheel and braced for it. I ran right between the barbed wire. 2 lines on the top of the truck, and one underneath. Let's just say I f'd up the top lights and put a few scratches on the dually. Not to mention the fence took a beating as well.

Thankfully, I wasn't ever caught... I had never been so scared in my life.
