$300 gets you the new projector lens, bulbs, ballasts and it's all plug and play. You just have to open up the headlights to install the new lenses.

Bought a set of bi-xenon HID projectors last week from them for $160. Honestly, halogens blind me all the time and the only time I have ever been flashed by someone is when I am cresting a hill, you have to remember that our cars are a lot lower than most other cars on the road... but then again any type of headlight would blind when cresting a hill. Just my $.02
