Beta tester needed in Dallas (Irving) area

Hey guys,
I'm a soon to be sponsor on the site and I need a car to test fit a product that I'm about to finalize. The part has been in the works for about a month now and I'm finally happy with the out come of the most recent prototypes so I'm ready for serial production. I don't actually own a GT86 (although I do have a Celica!) so I need to get someone in on it to a) test fitment and b) get installed product pictures.

I'm also not yet ready to post pictures because I want to do a hard product launch when it's ready. However, here's a description of what I'm making: I'll be doing a carbon fiber wrap of the center console surround plastics for the dashboard (the official name is the radio and passenger ornament). The wrap is actually done under vacuum so it matches the contours of the part very well, meaning that you get more definition of the original shape. I've seen some other's wraps and can confidently say mine will be better.

For the beta tester: I'd prefer that you're in the immediate Irving area. I'm located at MacArthur and 635. If I can't find anyone who is willing and immediately around here I'll start to expand the borders of the search.

Here is what I'm offering. I'll give you the product for 100 dollars, once I have a final one made. The item I'll be test fitting in your car isn't a final product so you might have to give me a week or two after we meet up - I want to insure that you get a good product. I plan to do a group buy at 200 a piece for the first run, and then they will probably get a bit more expensive from there so this is a great deal if you want to jazz up the interior of your car. This part simply pops out with clips so there really won't be any real modification (...molesting) of your car required. It should be a quick and clean job and you won't have to worry about any damage. If there is damage, I will of course hold myself liable. Once I look over the fitment and grab some photos I'll reinstall your part (I know my way around cars - I've rebuilt engines so I'm not a novice) and we'll be in contact about more testing (since I'm essentially comp'ing you 100 dollars off of a part that I hope you're going to want, I feel that I should be able to access you at least 2 or 3 times, if need be).

FR-S is preferred because I haven't yet confirmed if the DIN spacing of the BRZ is the same (I'm sure it is, but my prototype piece is currently being formed on an FR-S surround). I'll also be asking that the tester follows the same core exchange rule that I'll be doing once I go into series production - I'll give you the modified surround (OEM plastics wrapped in CF) but you have to give me your original part back (the 'core'). I'll have more details about how that'll work when I become a sponsor and have the full ad going.

Anyways, hope you guys are interested! I think this will be a really hot part and I'm looking forward to making more parts for the GT86 platform! I'm pretty skilled with CF and have many of the required tools to do high quality parts so I'm really looking forward to working with all of you board members in coming up with new parts and giving the community what it wants. I'm excited that Toyota finally has a cool car out again and WISH my 7th gen Celica had as much aftermarket support as this thing does.

Thanks! Please PM me if you're interested in beta testing with me. I'll send you my number and we can talk in more detail. I'll be ready to do this later next week as I'm waiting on a shipment of new dash surrounds that constitute your piece/initial group buy pieces.
