If the tune is calibrated correctly, it should run 5 and 6.5psi with little trouble....not needing to flash a different tune.

I've run full standalones on turboed cars and never had to retune when turning the boost up or down. It's usually compensation, not a map. You have a base fuel trim map, and then adjust compensation for positive pressure.
