Escape asap and get to higher ground. Of course any strategy is a roll of the dice in a disaster like that, but you're really making a big gamble sticking in your car. Eventually some debris will hit it (like in this video) and basically crush it. I'm surprised it lasted that long. The debris could be anything; a tree, light pole, another car, etc. thats traveling at 30+ mph and just side impacts you, or smashes your windows.

Or the current could carry your car and smash it into a building, or it could hit something that's hidden underneath the water.

That video is just crazy though...couldn't imagine being in that.

Lot of pallets floating around in that video...must've been near a distribution/shipping industrial area.
