Tires are included. They have about 4k miles with about 3-4 autocross sessions and still have a lot of tread left.

I still need to get some aftermarket tires before I can remove the OEM wheels/tires. I'm waiting for the Dunlop Direzza Star Specs II to come out. They're available in Japan but not in the US yet. The other option would be the Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

Would you need another set of wheels for winter, or would you be able to wait until Spring?
Certainly no need for them before spring and TPMS is a plus but not a big deal. I'm looking at the Star Spec IIs as well but I'm thinking about a having a stock set as well.

No rush, and my interest would really depend on price.
