I did not say I was skipping the dealer... Just skipping the detail and wash. Pdi still needs to be done but in the past I've had to wait an extra 3days to get the car because the detailers were behind. For me 3 days during Christmas could mean a week or two extra. Besides Id rather not have the dealer scratches applied either  |
Yeah, sorry I didn't check where u were .. agree about the 'skip detail', when I bought my 94 Celica in Sydney back in '94, a $54,300 caar and the detailers must have dragged the rags across a bl**dy desert! I got the car back to Wagga Wagga [450km] only to find it covered in scratches when under fluoro lighting!! Had to go back to Sydney for repair it was so bad!
