To be honest, I would recommend this for anybody from my grandma to Schumacher. It really wakes up the throttle response and makes the car so much more fun to drive.
Another thing I like about this shaft is you are not making a compromise for comfort or drive-ability like you would with most performance parts. Again $1K+ is tough, but isn't a big smile worth much more than that?
