I'm a little crazy about parts I buy. I like to wait about 6 months after a name brand part comes out and let other people be the test dummies before I jump in.
As stated above though even name brand companies like fluidyne sell some messed up radiators every once in awhile. However, usually name brand companies are more likely to make things right and replace them.
