I know these types of people. They want to pose as "connoisseurs", but if I was you I would've told him that Subaru is front wheel drive and Scion is rear and then asked him to google it. At some point he would've realised that he knows sH*t about the (non existent) difference between them. Or plan B: just punch them in the face for being utterly stupid
