They like most teams, are implementing new changes to work inline with the 2013 season, and Newey is a god when it comes to new parts
So I don't doubt that what ever they have done has helped substantially. Redbull are renowned for their downforce so this could be also why they are performing well at the circuit.
Call me crazy, but I miss the blown diffuser set up of 2011
They just sounded so dirty on downshift.
