Hey guys, I want to pick up a Milltek exhaust and they have two options:

A) Primary catback (delete secondary cat. and replace w/ overpipe
B) Secondary catback

Question is, would deleting the 2nd cat. be illegal (or fail emissions standards on the open road in South Australia)?
