I doubt it. You could use the motor only in other subarus and there are much more powerful motors to steal instead.
Civics, Integras, etc = engines bolt in a large number of cars, and the highest % stolen are the faster models, or cars with swaps already. Those others are stolen just because they are easy to steal or because other parts are wanted.
I really can't see anyone having an interest in FR-S/BRZ parts to put in their STI or anything :P
