Reviving this thread since there was another one made and something about repeated threads worded slightly in a different way doesn't seem right...

LOL - things like this are funny to me. Ok you may be like 80% right...lol...but there ARE women out there who do appreciate a good build, and WILL stand side by side with a boyfriend or guyfriend to help drop an engine in over the weekend. BEEN THERE DONE THAT. Just sayin' because I am a 24-year old blonde who doesn't mind getting dirty and working on a car. I actually went to school to BECOME a mechanic but realized I wanted to better utilize my creative skills. People are shocked when I tell them I use to go to school for that. Their faces are priceless. Anyway, now I am a graphic designer/marketing manager (for a aftermarket performance auto parts company) and design in car magazines that I know you all pick up and read....I also own my own dirt bike and use to ride quads and plan to buy another one soon. I am not going to go and rant on about myself but I'm just letting you know that you can be a beautiful woman and appreciate racing, cars, engines, changing your own oil, drifting, getting muddy, lifted trucks, superchargers, turbos, a nice paint job....etc. Sorry you all just don't know someone who fits this category Or maybe you do..haha.
As for the ladies who have already put the down payment on the FR-S or the ones who are already driving theirs - AWESOME! You guys rock and I am glad to see some female activity on here. You're basically my motivation to get the ball rolling and try even harder to pay off my bills to get my FR-S. I'm jealous of all of you lol. I hope everything goes well and your get mad respect for becoming a part of the community
Guys, I know it's pretty easy to just assume most girls aren't auto friendly but next time you see a sexy woman at a car event or whatever, just remember, you never know her hobbies, capabilities, interests (when it comes to cars)...unless you take the time to get to know her. She could know more then you, and rotate a tire better then you. Heck - I've meet a few men who don't even know how to change their oil....it is what it is.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! Either way, we all love and appreciate the same car, so rock on!

+1. I hate going to car meets for that reason. The guys there always will look at me strangely when I ask about their car. They give me the "Dafuq you asking for?"
I hate the ego sexuality complex that goes on there. Also the biggest reason why I find guys on this thread will somehow be speaking for all the women to be incredibly unlucky or just completely suck at finding the right woman.
A woman with passion for something and INTELLECT of something is substantially more beautiful when she loves the same thing as you do. If you plan on dating an import model be ready to have someone who loves materialistic things that will make them look too good for you.
Keep saying you'll never find one and you probably won't. Open up a little and find someone that's right for you in a sense of what you love to do. If not, that person isn't the right one.

93% Attention whore. These girls like boys. Boys like cars. They did the math. These girls LOVE the attention. Any kind. Even the "Tits or GTFO" or "This thread is worthless without pics" kind. Because boys on the internet really know how to make a girl feel good. They generally present some form of the "Hey, look, I'm a girl and I like cars! Love me!" They'll have a few regular leghumpers that follow them around the board posting in every thread they post in, heavy handedly hitting on them. However, every thread they post in will feature some form of flirting. Will rarely post in the tech sections of a board, sticking to general sections or off topic. I ABHOR this brand of "car girl."
7% Gearhead. These girls like cars. They could not care less about the boys. They tend to avoid focus on their gender, instead focusing on their car. They respond negatively to "Tits or GTFO" and will have to, every 6 months or so, dress down some new idiot who assumes they can treat this woman like the other 93%. These girls also look down at the attention whores, as they ruin the credibility of all women on the board.
Be the latter, not the former. The former make me sick. Don't pretend to be interested in what I'm interested in because it'll make me like you. Any man with an ounce of brains sees right through that shit. And it's insulting.
And guys, STOP. Just stop. You're never going to sleep with a girl from a car forum. Enough of this. Stop hitting on a box of text because it says mildly suggestive things and uses too many smileys. Those pictures she posted? They might not even be her. That might even be a dude. I did that for years on a forum to troll idiots, with the consent of moderators. And stop being extra nice to them. If a girl posts a car that looks like hammered dogshit, tell her it looks like hammered dogshit. You'd have done that to a guy if he posted the same car. She's not going to sleep with you because you watered down your criticism. All she's going to do is keep driving around her awful car thinking that all the boys love it.

I never really liked the attention I got when I tell someone on a forum that I'm a female. So, ever since I've just.. hinted.
I'm also slowly starting to notice how incredibly narrow minded some men/boys are on this forum. hah~
Good thing I'm selective with who I talk with.. and I quite enjoy the people I chose to talk with. lol
Other than that.. I love starting arguments with people if they're going to give me a logical and civil argument back.
